Welcome to another exciting summer season of wild nature and look out for our blogs about our work on the wonderful, wild raptors of Dorset.
We can now share with you our live stream below featuring live footage from a wild Eurasian hobby (Falco subbuteo) nest in southern England. Look out for updates on the this year's top stories, on behind the scenes to make possible the annual magic that is a wild Hobby nest camera, assisting and monitoring peregrines, an interesting little owl family with a difference, kestrel, buzzard and more owls. Plus some sorties north of the border for work on ospreys and more. Live cameras are brought to you by Dorset Raptor Study Group and Wildlife Windows.
Thanks for all your emails and chat on our Bluesky socials where you can also see some of the other work we have been doing. And do let us know what you see out in nature this summer. Contact us directly with any Hobby records or sightings so any possible breeding sites can be treated as sensitive and confidential.
We're raising £3,500 for equipment, camera tech and support for our voluntary work at the Dorset Raptor study group. Each year our monitoring work gathers data and helps with the conservation of some truly remarkable species.
