ABOUT US

Jason Fathers of Wildlife Windows talking to TV camera and presenter.

Sharing our passion

We talk about the special wildlife here in Dorset to all who will listen! TV shows allow us to reach a wider audience as we help raise awareness of the value of nature to our lives and in our community.

Working in partnership

Key to our work are great relationships with the people who work the land. Working alongside land managers and owners like Forestry England enables us to access special areas and also to input our research to better assist data as part of wider management plans.

Monitoring and Research

Collaborating with other scientists, we are studying the varied and often surprising diet of Hobby in both farmland and woodland habitats. Detailed prey analysis by expert Ed Drewitt is starting to show how special these birds really are. More to come soon....

Best practise in industry

Excellent H&S with industry-approved equipment enables high safety standards whilst working at height on trees, buildings or cliffs. All our climbers are skilled, qualified & often volunteer their time for free.
